INSTYTUTUM Statement on the Cessation of All Relations and Sales of Our Products to Individuals and Legal Entities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus 1 March 2022
Due to the military aggression perpetrated by the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus against Ukraine, the killing of civilians and other war crimes committed by the political and military leadership, their armed forces, and accomplices.
We hereby declare:
- We do not sell or supply our products to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
- We do not cooperate with any entities, specifically including citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, as well as persons who have control over them.
- We have terminated all relations and do not have representative offices, branches, or affiliated companies in these areas.
- We are not conducting any business activities there.
Any products that may be offered in the markets of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus under our trademarks or brand names, or purported to be on our behalf, are not associated with us. Such products are likely to be counterfeit or unauthorized, may not meet our quality standards, and could potentially be harmful.
