SHIPPING

All services are tracked and a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. To track your order, please visit the website of the courier and enter your tracking code. 


Delivery for residents of the United States:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday). 

Delivery for residents of the European Union:
Orders placed before 09:00 PM will be dispatched the following day after order placement (Monday – Thursday). 

Orders placed Friday – Sunday: If you place an order between Friday and Sunday, the tracking information will become active within 2–4 days. If the parcel has already been dispatched from our warehouse, the current estimated delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days. You will receive the tracking number via email.

POLICIES AND PRICES
Standard Delivery is FREE worldwide on all orders over USD200/EUR200. We offer two worldwide shipping options: Standard Tracked Delivery and Priority Tracked Delivery.
You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method as you proceed through checkout, and will be able to check the total order value (including postage and packaging costs) before you complete the transaction. 

TAXES AND DUTIES
Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. As they are imposed by your local customs office, we, unfortunately, have no control over these costs and are therefore unable to offer assistance. Additionally, we cannot provide an estimate of these charges, as they vary by country and depend on local regulations. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.   

 
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
In case of delivery of an order to a country outside the European Union and the United States, the customer is solely responsible for expenses related to customs duties and taxes.
