Store the product at room temperature (up to +25 °C) in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.

During sunny periods, always apply SPF50 every morning before going outdoors. In the evening, complete your routine without SPF products.

INSTYTUTUM formulas contain a high concentration of active ingredients. To minimize the risk of irritation, introduce new products gradually, starting with 2–3 times per week.

Recommendations are based on using products within the INSTYTUTUM range. Combining with products from other brands may increase sensitivity and lead to unpredictable reactions.

If you plan to use acids and retinol together, start with acids 2–3 times per week, and after 10–14 days, if no irritation occurs, add retinoid-based products; in case of an adverse reaction, discontinue use of the active product for 2–5 days and then reintroduce it gradually.

When starting products with active ingredients (retinol, acids, vitamin C), the skin may temporarily react with breakouts, flaking, or irritation — this is a purging phase that indicates the activation of cellular renewal and detoxification; it usually appears 2–3 weeks after beginning active ingredients and can last up to 9–10 weeks, and during this time it’s important not to drastically change your routine and allow the skin to adapt, but if the condition worsens significantly or the reaction does not subside, consult a dermatologist or skincare professional.
